​How does your inner female/male present themselves; what are their thoughts and feelings? Their needs, their messages? Are they wounded and if so, in what ways? What do they need from you in order to heal and fully express themselves and come into balance so that the Sacred Inner Marriage can be celebrated? Meet your inner female / inner male and establish a solid relationship by entering into an intimate written dialog with each one of them. Become aware of how the shortcomings of your inner female and/or inner male govern your behavior patterns and influence your life. By discovering and embracing their weaknesses you will initiate an intense process that over time leads to their transformation. Hence the Divine Feminine / Divine Masculine are born. Once they come into balance you will witness their Sacred Marriage Within.
This Workshop consists of meditation, exercises, writing / drawing assignments and sharing opportunity. It is process oriented to help the participant become aware of unconscious behavior structures and destructive thoughts patterns governing their life. Most of us grow up in a less than ideal environment. We get hurt over and over and are traumatized and in pain; wounded from the lessons we learn from our caretakers. We become adults still carrying those wounds inflicted. The way we were treated as children marks us for life and impact our decisions; most often not consciously. Too easily do we get triggered whenever the emotional body experiences a similar situation; because the emotional body lives beyond time and space and is unable to distinguish between what happened as a child, and that now we are adults, capable of dealing with the situation in an adult way. So we keep reacting as little wounded children in grown up bodies. In order to heal those scars we need to contact our Inner Child and listen to all it has to tell us; we need once more to revisit the pain. 
By doing so our Divine Inner Child emerges; full of joy, wisdom and inner clarity. Often more so than we in our adult personality possess. The dialog with our Divine Inner Child is of great value. Your Inner Child can finally heal, become fully alive and live its true nature of pure innocence and joy; with a wisdom far beyond. Your Inner Divine Child is a superb guide through your life. It reminds you of the balance between work and play and that both are equally important.

Each and every one of us is born with only two tasks to solve in life. This sounds simple but is actually enormously complex.

Your personal task represents your greatest challenge causing you enormous pain. The origin of this pain is a repeating theme that got accumulated from many past experiences and carried over from lifetime to lifetime into this present life. This personal task is like a red thread connecting this life to the past in different bodies but with the same personal challenge. Common challenges are existential threat / worries and fears, fear of abandonment, betrayal issues, control patterns, the obsession with perfectionism / lacking authenticity and or spiritual arrogance; the ‘Lucifer syndrome’.

Your life task is to share your very own, personal gift with the world. It has to do with spreading your essence. This could be a very special talent you possess. Your life task is often connected to your life’s mission. It is so unique that if you leave your body without having had the opportunity to fully share this gift with the world there will be an empty space left in the universe that only your essence will be able to fill. This is one of the reasons your soul commands you to return again and again, until you are able to share the gift of your mastery with the world.
Part 1 of this workshop is for you to dissect your personal task and learn how to overcome and resolve it.
Part 2 is to become fully aware of your own unique gift; the essence you came here to share with the world.

​I liken modern society to an immense apparatus where each human becomes a necessary link to make the machinery function. We are brain washed into believing certain values are needed in order to find personal happiness, such as an accumulation of material goods to guarantee satisfaction, a good job position with a steady income to impress, a functioning yet unhealthy relationship to present to the world; to name just a few. 
In order to fit into the common scheme, many of us are willing to forego our virtues, let go of our dreams and talents in order to build a secure life. By doing so, we are distancing ourselves from our Heart’s desire and the individual journey our soul set for us. 
We unknowingly set ourselves up to a living compromise; settling for a lesser life, where we know we are not reaching for our full potential. A life where we could be replaced by anyone else.
